In this three-part webinar series on Global HR, we’ll discuss the fundamentals of the Employee Experience in a Digital World, and how to drive your company’s growth in attracting, retaining and progressing your organizational brand identity through your team’s development and success.

Sessions will occur on Thursdays September 8, 15 & 22 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm MST

Session One: Recruitment: Brand Identity

Date: Thursday September 8, 2022: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

In part one of this series, we will:

  • Discuss the impact of effective recruitment and global talent attraction strategies and how evaluating a brand identity supports a successful hiring process.

  • Through an interactive activity, build out the pillars of a personal brand (The Who, What, Where, When & Why), which focuses on the people, business and strategy of the potential employee’s brand identity.

  • Evaluate how potential candidates can impact an organization’s vision, mission, and values through their brand identities.

  • Explore how to develop a brand identity through building the pillars of success for your business (people, business, and strategy).

Session 2: Onboarding: Training & Retention

Date: Thursday September 15, 2022: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

In part two of this series, we will:

  • Discuss impactful onboarding and retention strategies for new employees and transitioning these employees into the culture and the team of the organization through effective training processes.

  • Through an interactive activity, build out the final pillar of a personal brand (The How), which focuses on the employee defining their purpose upon completion of their onboarding.

  • Evaluate how successful employees can impact an organization’s culture and team by integrating their personal brands into their role.

  • Consider how to implement an impactful onboarding strategy for an organization with measurable outcomes.

Session 3: Performance Development: Career Progression

Date: Thursday September 22, 2022: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

In part three of this series, we will:

  • Discuss how performance management processes are agile in today’s digital and global world of remote work, and

  • Consider how evaluating performance is changing to developing employees’ skills for agility to support both their personal and professional growth.

  • Evaluate the progression of an employee’s career by measuring their success through their ability to define their purpose.

  • Explore the effectiveness and the use of today’s digital tools used globally in remote teams that impact successful performance and career development for all members on a team.
