If you have a specific business idea, or you’ve been in business for a few years but have never written a business plan, this series is for you. These sessions introduce you to the essential components of a good business plan. Each session will help you move forward in your business with confidence starting with learning how to conduct informative market research for your business, outlining a basic marketing strategy to reach your best customer, and exploring how to create financial plans that will support business viability.

Sessions will be held on July 20, 21, and 22 from 12:00 - 1:30 pm on each day.

This is an online webinar series. Please note that on an ongoing operational basis, we have a very interactive, in-person workshop series offering that expands on these concepts but due to health and safety concerns amidst the COVID-19 crisis, we have decided to proceed with an alternate online delivery of these business planning topics.
